What is included
Examining technical condition to prepare a report on continued use, repair, restoration or write-off.
Inspection uses accessible assets, documents, photographs, the fixed asset list, repair records, technical documentation and reasons for write-off.
The specialist report concerns technical condition: defects, wear, completeness, repairability and signs of unfitness for continued use. Market, liquidation, replacement or book values are not determined and no valuer's report is prepared.
What is checked
- name, model, serial and inventory numbers;
- completeness, marking, appearance and assembly condition;
- defects, damage, wear, corrosion, deformation, repair traces;
- possibility of continued intended use;
- repairability and signs that restoration is not technically justified.
What to provide
- asset list and inventory numbers;
- photographs, location and access to the asset;
- product passport, manual, technical documentation;
- repair records, service documents, fault-finding records;
- service-life, breakdown and accident information.
Pricing
from RUB 25,000. The final fee depends on asset number and type, inspection location, document volume, need for travel, urgency and final document format.
Individual technical condition card
When handing over a batch of equipment, link every item to its own examination result. List name, model, serial and inventory numbers, completeness and location. If marking is missing or damaged, describe the identification method separately rather than copying data from a similar object.
For each item, retain overall and marking photographs, available technical documents, fault history and repair records. The result must concern that specific unit. The same model and service life do not imply identical condition across the batch.
- Asset identifier and its designation in the submitted list.
- Reported malfunction and its information source.
- Directly observed defects and missing elements.
- Checks performed, conditions and recorded results.
- Documents and images supporting observations.
- Unexamined properties and reasons for limited verification.
If built-in diagnostic results are used, retain the full text or original file, device identifier, date and checking conditions. One code without context does not describe the condition of the whole machine. Lack of power, components or access is recorded separately from an established failure.
This lets the committee link the conclusion to a specific asset record and distinguish examination findings from customer-provided information.
For a group of apparently identical devices, do not automatically transfer one unit's results to the others. Operating hours, completeness and damage history may differ. A common register helps accounting but must remain linked to individual cards and actual checks. Mark unchecked devices separately even if their model matches.
